[comp.sys.atari.st] tex/LaTex for the ST

My apologies if this has been worked over on the net already...

I'm trying to find out if there are implementations of
TeX and LaTeX for the ST, where they can be gotten and
for how much money, what device drivers (dvi2___) there
are, how close an approximation to the real thing they
turn out to be, and so on.
