I'm still using Acylon C that I received with my developer's package from way back. Well I'm currently porting << Gnu Go >> and I get the whole thing to compile (after some tweeking) and still remain portable. My problem is when I run the thing. Scanf() used to get input but it never bothers to stop and wait for me to type. It just goes right on and returns EOF till the program bombs. Is there something wrong with the scanf() in the old version of Acylon C? I tried this thing on the UNIX box here at the university and no problem. Before anyone mentions changing to Sozobon C which I would so dearly like to do note that I'm still don't own a HD and I'm currently using 1 floppy and 1M RAM disk to do all this work. It just so much work to change over the setup disk and learn a new package. Please reply by e-mail. - Ant PS. I never found this problem before because I normally write Atari specific ditties that use Gemdos directly for I/O. achowe@tiger.waterloo.edu | "Murdered by pirates is good." __ _ | - The Princess Bride (movie) / _ _ _ |/ _ _ | _ _ |/ | \__| `<_\<_ |\|= | ` \_/<_\<_ |\ | disclaimer...
