I know of a friend who works in a local music store which has ordered a shipment of Notator software and MIDI Export (I believe that they are also the agent for C-Lab in Singapore and that these are the first shipment). The problem is that they have ordered and paid in advance for almost 2 months but no shipment has arrived. My friend tried to fax them but could not get through most of the time. He managed once but did not get any response back. This is most perplexing as the local university's (National University of Singapore) Electronic Music Laboratory (I am a member) wants to use the Notator plus the MIDI Export for our concert which is in conjunction with Singapore's First Music Festival. Does anyone know C-Lab address/fax number/voice line or better still anyone knows any person in C-Lab and can you ask them to check on the status of the shipment to Singapore (the name of the music shop is City Music Co Pte Ltd)?
