[net.wanted] Project Management Software Application

I am looking for a good Project Management Software package that
will handle pert as well as gant charts and will run in conjunction
with a data base.  I want to be able to print reports for a project,
individual groups working on a project and individuals within a group.
It doesn't necessarily have to run under UNIX.  We can also run an
MSDOS package.
