I have a question about digitizing on the ST. I want to write a program that will generate my own waveforms, by mixing different waves together like a synthesizer, and then sending them to the sound chip to play. I was planning to create the waveforms digitally, then playing them through the sound chip like a program would play digitized music. Can anyone tell me how to play digitized sounds with the sound chip, and what format the sampled data should be in (such as how to digitize the waveforms I create)?
