Does anybody have a program which converts:

  * TIFF
  * PC Paintbrush
  * Publisher's Paintbrush

bit-mapped graphics files into

  * GEM Draw/Easy Draw    .GEM
  * GEM Paint             .IMG
  * Degas                 .PIx
  * NeoChrome             .NEO

files?

Source code would be appreciated, although I could struggle with UUE..CODEd
files.
