[comp.sys.atari.st] Playing samples in C

fjmora@CS.WM.EDU (Fredric Mora) (05/20/89)

Hello,

Does anybody have a routine that can play a sample (an SPL
or SND file) on the monitor loudspeaker and that can be
linked into a Mark Williams C program? I found such
a routine written in Laser C, but it uses in-line assembly code
and so cannot be compiled with MWC

Note: I compiled the Laser C routine with the compiler of a friend,
but somehow, I cannot link it to my main() with MWC's linker. Are
the object formats incompatible?

Any help on these problems would be appreciated. Thank you.

Regards,
