1. When I made the comment about using II in a Mac under Spectre to run a C-64 emulator I WAS JUST KIDDING AROUND. My God, I think some NETters took this seriously. 2. Re: WP suggestions One NETter did not understand my suggestion about a 'notemaker' mode. The point is that WP has so many functions that unskilled or occasional users can damage docs by pressing the wrong Fkey sequence; anyone who does not understand computer jargon can be in trouble when this happens. A 'notemaker' mode would lock out functions (like multiple columns) to minimize mistakes. Fkeys on the screen can be implemented with rollovers. By clicking on a SHIFT, ALT or CTL button, the screen display of Fkeys could be updated. Thus, 10 Fkey buttons can be used to display 40 defs. As for WP HELP, its great if you speak either computerese or WordPerfectese. Our novice computer users do not have a clue what a lot of WP HELP messages say!
