It has been a while since I received my last developer's newsletter. When was the last one to come out? When will the next one arrive? Where or when? Jeff Beer, UUCJEFF@ECNCDC.BITNET, "Random numbers are too important to be left to chance" ( won hu nos )

They backed that up with a nicely formatted bi- monthly newsletter, starting in March of 1988. Dave Beckemeyer ex- pressed some skepticism over this claim, stating that he'd heard it all before. His comments were basically dismissed as sour grapes. That lasted 3 issues. The newsletter went quarterly for the Sep-Oct- Nov-Dec 1988 issue. When I received my Developer's Kit (after a four month delay), I called to see if I was missing any newsletters. I was told that one would be appearing "real soon now". That was 3-4 weeks ago. It's now the end of May 1989, which by my calculations is 5 months. (i.e., the last newsletter was the Sep-Dec '88 issue.) I'll let the reader draw his/her own conclusions. -- Mark T. On V89 #256 there is a message ask about the developer newsletter, the answer for part of your questions are: 1. The last issuse was winter 88, yes, Last Year. 2. They're not sure when the next issue would be out ( I get this reply about 3 weeks ago). Partially because Cindy (maybe spell wrong, excuse me) left the Atari, partially they want to put infomations about TT in the newsletter.
