A long time ago, when I was young and before The Great Reorganisation, a text formatter called PROFF was posted to the net. This was a ROFF-alike with C sources and a binary for STs but was also supposed to compile under Un*x, MS-DOS, etc. Does anyone know the whereabouts/status of this program or of anything similar? I want something to run on both STs and PCs.
