Recently someone was looking for emacs on the st. I have a version of emacs (and a number of emacs-like editors mg, ue from gulam etc...) but not much documentation. Particularly, I'm looking for a description of all available modes and functions plus a description on how to set up my startup file. (<HELP> always says "Help file is not online" or something similar so I imagine I don't have all files). I use GNU-Emacs at work and need something as similar as possible. I would appreciate it if someone could send me the complete list of files. Thanks J-B -- Name : John-Brown Evans Company : PCS GmbH, Munich W-Germany. Please? I got mg2a (was MicroGnuEmacs?) from Terminator.cc.umich.edu [35.1.33.8]. It is larger, 80K, than ue but much closer to Gnu-Emacs on the Sun-3. The only problem i've had with it: the st's arrow keys are named (Right, Left, ...) and I can't define them in the mg.ini file (i put this in there for now global-set-key ESC ESC global-set-key and define them after starting mg) A larger Emacs is OK now, when i get my hard drive. ps does anybody know where i can get the Sun server software for UW running on the st? And some more docs for them? Thanx -Paul Wick
