[comp.sys.atari.st] need help on conecting to a Multiscan monitor

I need help in connecting my atari 520ST onto my Relisys RE5155
Multiscan monitor.  In the spec that came with my monitor, it
stated that RED, GREEN, BLUE are 0.6 Vp-p (Video).  What does 0.6
Vp-p (Video) mean?  Can you give me the spec on how to hook up the
monitor, like give the pin assignment from the atari st to the
monitor?
   
Here are the pin assignment on the monitor:
    pin 1.   Red   [0.6 Vp-p (Video)]
        2.   Green [0.6 Vp-p (Video)]
        3.   Blue  [0.6 Vp-p (Video)]
        4.   H-Sync
        5.   V-Sync
        6.   Ground or Red Ground
        7.   Ground or Green Ground
        8.   Ground or Blue Ground
        9.   Ground

I really want my atari ST to have all three resolution (low,
medium, high).  Thank you!
