LOTUS 123 Compatible ST Spreadsheet WANTED

Hi....I need to do some serious spreadsheet related work on my ST.
I had planned on using Lotus 123 under PCDitto but am told that I
can use VIP Professional (?) for the ST that saves Lotus files.
I need confirmation of this and also if somone wants to sell me
their copy of the program. Please contact me at this account or
