[comp.sys.atari.st] Of Keyboards, Compositions & 'Crimes'

I am using a (two actually) CASIO HT-6000 music keyboards with ATARI STs.
I am looking for someone else who has used this combination or just owns
the CASIO HT 700, 3000 or 6000 keyboards.

I also need info from someone about the effectiveness of the program "M"
for the Atari ST. How easy to use is it and how "powerful". Are there
other programs that do the same "creation" stuff? 

A legalotechnical question. On some BBSs I have seen collections of pop
tunes downloadable as MIDI program files....whether they are for sale or
not...is it legal to "reproduce" songs as, say, MUSIC STUDIO or Dr. T's 
KCS files?
