[net.wanted] Sweating Concrete?

Does anyone have any advice on "sweating concrete" in my garage?
It seems during rainy weather, my garage floor gets completely wet (puddles).
What can I do??   There's got to be a solution.

Oh, btw, the garage is not heated.
