I wrote for information about the Atari Portfolio and was sent an advance order
form.  If you want to order one, here's the address:

All I know about this is the brochure Atari sent me, which duplicates the
information in the Byte magazine article, and the above information.

Obviously, I'm not responsible if you order the computer and it takes a long
time to show up, or anything like that.  The cover letter says Portfolios are in
release in Europe now, as was reported here a while ago.  American units are in
production.  It says they will ship in September.

etc...etc...

What dept in Atari did you get that from?  Better make sure you 'Attn:'
the proper one.  That PO Box number is the general mail box for the
entire company.  Most everything marked 'Atari' flows through there and
there is a chance your order will be slowed even more than it should while
it works its way from one dept to another looking for a home.

The address I gave is the exact address from the order form.  There is
no department information or anything else.

The information on the order form is fine. If you are interested in 
Ordering the Portfolio in this manner please do so without worry. The 
appropriate arrangements have been made to make sure that the orders are
carried out quickly and accurately.
