[comp.sys.atari.st] Memory chips and assorted data books

emmo@moncam.co.uk (Dave Emmerson) (09/14/89)

I've just bought a batch of 1Mb drams at 7.70 pounds each, incl VAT. I
only need 64 of these myself, so I've 36 for sale at the same price. I can
split them if necessary, email me first. First replies get the chips.
They're Toshiba TM511000zp-10, 1M x 1 Bit page mode 100nS access in zigzag
package, suitable for the ST expansion board we produced recently. I believe
Harry may have one of these still unclaimed, but please contact him separately
if you want it. Overseas, please note - you won't be able to reclaim the VAT.

I've been clearing out my shed at home, and I've found 16 256K DRAMS in
DIL package, and 24 1Mb DRAMs also in DIL. These all need desoldering, and
are of no use to me, so If anyone wants to collect, or cover postage, they
can be had for free - first email reply gets till the 20th to take them
off my hands. They were all working when last used, incidentally.

I've also had a clear out at work, and have a small pile of assorted
linear and digital (mostly memories) data books to dispose of. These
are too heavy to post, so anyone interested, 'phone me here AFTER thursday
to check they're still here, and come and get them. All for free of course,
dates range from 1980 to present, we had some duplicate copies.
Oh, the 'phone number, it's 0223 420018, ask for emmo.

Apologies for posting this here, direct replies bounced.

Sorry, you're too late for any of the DILs, just 20 of the zigzags and
a few data books left. Seems most people thought they'd be too late if
they weren't in the UK, but half the free ones are going to Sweden.
Nothing ventured, nothing gained...
