1. PD wordprocs The attitude that it is nuts to pay more than $100 for software is the reason why there is not the same level of quality in much of the STware as there is in Macware. As I said on the NET before, if you want good codes, with good support, you have to pay for it UNLESS you find individuals like Simon Poole (UNITERM author) who develop exceptional PD codes. Strange as it may be, lots of people want to make money selling software; if they cannot, be prepared for a machine that has a limited selection of good codes. 2. VT emulator Forget the EMULATOR.ACC and get Simon Poole's UNITERM. UNITERM is the best ST emulator for the price (free). IMHO, it's the best at any price (no flames please).
