Greetings: I have a net of Zenith (IBM pc compat.) computers running pc/ip on the same net as a number of microVAXen running ultrix (~4.2). I'd like to get a laser printer to do troff on the microVAXen. [A laserjet+, perhaps, maybe an imagen, maybe something else: I'm easy] What I need is a program to dump the screen of the pc in such a way that it can be printed on the laser. One option is to dump the screen to disk, send it to a microVAX, and then reformat it. Has anyone done something like this? Any help would be much appreciated, as I am not real familiar with the IBM pc stuff (I'm mostly experienced in DEC hardware). Thanks a zillion, john -- John McDermott {gatech|ucbvax|dspo|pur-ee}!unmvax!mcdermot ^ preferred Univ of NM W (505) 277-4650 Albuquerque, NM 87131 H (505) 255-7796 (The opinions in this posting are fictional; a resemblance to any opinions living or dead is purely coincidental.)
