Unless the TT is super cheap (which by all indications isn't true), I can't see it being very popular at all. It is already upstaged by Apple and Amiga products that have been ON THE SHELVES for months. Why should Atari release a losing product when they could save themselves the embarassment and financial loss by keeping it as a COMDEX curiosity? Although I have been very happy with my ST, it seems that the Atari R & D machine is just too slow to keep up with the times and the Atari marketing department has another agenda which does not include the ST. I have seen Portfolio adds up the yin-yang in the NY Times Business sections, but the ST line languishes in R & D limbo. It is a crying shame that the ST line is supported in such a manner, as I believe the machine COULD have been a big seller. sigh....
