I have a 18 month old Atari SLM804 laser printer which I am considering replacing. I have seen the HP LJIIp on sale for $995.00. Well, it comes with only 1/2 meg of RAM and no extra fonts or Epson emulator cartrs at that price. Does anyone know if PageStream or Calamus or EasyDraw/TouchUp will work with the LJIIp?? Does anyone know if the Spectre/GCR will print graphics at 300 dpi on the LJ IIp?? Does anyone know if any of the IBM PC addons will print at 300 dpi on the LJIIp?? do I need to add more memory to the LJIIp?? Do I need to buy more font cartridges for the LJIIp?? Do I need to buy the Epson emulator cartridge for the LJIIp?? Does Migraph have a good GDOS printer driver for the LJIIp?? does *ANYONE* have a good GDOS printer driver for the LJIIp?? How slow is the LJIIp compared to the SLM804?? How much does the toner cartridge cost for the LJIIp?? Does anyone use the HP LJIIp on thier ST?? Thanks everyone. rich covert
