[net.wanted] Vnews probs. with tvi970 terms

We seem to have a problem using our Televideo 970 terminals with vnews.
When vnews is invoked all the information is scrolled on the first line of 
the screen. If anyone has the proper termcap for this terminal or knows
what we should change in our version. I would appreciate this information.
