[comp.sys.atari.st] 3dbin/Matricks Doc

I downloaded the 3dbin archive from the graphics directory at panarthea,
and it's just what I'm looking for.
Although it comes with some basic documentation, the author said he
would post the complete atari-specific doc in comp.sources.misc.  
Unfortunately, I've been unable to find it.  I did find another
archive called matricks, (which is supposed to be the name of the
3dbin Doc also), but this is a different program.
	Anyone been able to find this anywhere, if not, maybe I'll try
to track down the author?
	By the way (on a side note), how do KILL files work?  Some of 
these groups get so big ~100 messages a day.  Will this automatically
do some pre-processing/screening for me?
