I say this in the nicest way possible - could certain people please reconsider the relevance of their signature lines? Is it really necessary to post a Smart Ass One Liner followed by about 1K of signature, disclaimers, little drawings in ASCII, quotations from the unspeakable Douglas Adams (spit), and readings from the Articles of War? Ploughing through it all - particularly the same one several times in one INFO-ATARI16 Digest - can become a distinct pain in the exhaust port, besides the waste of bandwidth; in some cases the actual message (all hundred or so characters of it) is very hard to spot in amongst the embroidery, chromework and go-faster stripes. Younger Members will probably consider me somewhat old-fashioned in that I still (even after ten years of Thatcher) consider content to be more important than presentation. They are right. I am. It is. Thank you all. Regards, Chaz
