Quick ST 1.8 - the Software Screen Accelerator, is now available. It is up to 25% faster than Quick ST 1.7 at GEM related operations, and now has support for the Viking Moniterm 19" monitor. Quick ST 1.8 will be in the stores shortly. If you are a registered user of Quick ST 1.7, send us email requesting an update. The email path is: ...!watcgl!electro!brasoft!updates Do not send the mail until after the Christmas weekend, because our node will be down over the long weekend. Quick ST 1.8 still uses only 20K of memory in monochrome/Moniterm mode, and 16K in color. A demo version of Quick ST 1.8 can be downloaded from the Atari ST libraries of Compuserve and GEnie information services. - Darek
