[net.wanted] Converting from System III to ULTRIX

	Our installation will soon be converting from a System III
	derivative to ULTRIX.  Is there anyone out there who has
	been through a similar conversion and can give us any
	advice?  Are there any problems/pitfalls we are likely to
	encounter which aren't apparent from the documentation?
