Since fairly portable source code to lharc has been posted to comp.sources.
atari.st, I'm now prepared to accept submissions in that format. The other
rules still apply: use uue -600 or so to split files into reasonably-sized
pieces; submit binaries and sources separately (this one is the most commonly
ignored -- source+binary submissions tend to sit on the back burner for a
while, as it takes time for me to repackage them separately;) and include
some documentation with your submissions.
