RE; Postscript cart for HP Laser Jet IIP I am have been using the HP Laser Jet IIP with 512 K memory for several months. I don't realy miss the postscript. In Mac mode with Spectre GCR, I use Adobe Type Manager program which very good print out. In Atari mode the Page Stream and Calamus program provide scalable outline font for the printer. What I miss is the Epson Emulator to print the graphics from Degas and 1st Word Plus. Does anybody have the Epson Emulator program (similar to the one for SLM804) for the IIP? Another thing I would like to experiment with is to connect the IIP to Atari DMA port a la SLM804 as the printing of Calamus is very very slow with the present parallel interface. Has anyone try or look into the possibi- lity of connecting the SLM804 Printer interce/control box to the IIP? IMHO I think that this box is a conversion for SLM804 Parallel to DMA. S.Sujarittanont
