[net.wanted] Looking for a skirt manufacturer

I am looking for a manufacturer of a skirt.
The only label on the skirt is 'IPANEMA Beach'.
If you know of the location of this manufacturer,  please mail me.

I am quite willing to try to talk with them if they are in europe.

This is fairly important to me to find the makers.
