Could someone tell me if I have a problem on my machine!?

I have a 520STFM upgraded to 1meg by my dealer. All the memory checks out
OK using the memory check utility in the QMI deskCart!, so I know that all
the memory is right but I find that I'm getting lines of fluttering on some
dialog boxes, DCformat 3.0 being the first I noticed it. However to make it
even more interesting the lines (about three of them on the opening dialog box)
do not appear on the second box, despite it being positioned in the same
screen location.

My dealer has offered to check over the video chips and inspect the soldering
on the upgrade. Should I take up his offer? Can anyone point me in the
direction of the possible problem? Apart from this, all is well, and I now
don't know how I managed with only .5meg, heck I wont be happy until I have
the big 4!! (And to think that I didn't know what to do with all of the memory
in my ZX81 16K RAMpack years ago!!! :-)

Please could people answer to the net because the ukc node refuses to talk
to my polytechnic, they haven't paid up :-(

Many thanks,
