[comp.sys.atari.st] GIF file viewer source code

Hi.  I looking for source code for a GIF file viewer.  Any kind of source
would be fine (C, Pascal, Assembly, etc.).  I would like to work on a
GIF file viewer for a mainframe system and I need some help.  I have the
GIF doc file that describes the file format, but I don't know about the
LZW compression used within the file.  Any help would be apprciated!
