I've been having a very annoying problem using the Shadow 1.1 desk accessory/ background file transfer driver (i.e., either one). Whenever I go to send a file, it keeps resetting the baud rate to 9600 baud. I thought at first this was a conflict with some auto prg or .acc, but I tried it with a clean slate, so to speak (with the exception of poolfix3.prg and tosfix.prg). So, then I started thinking this is a TOS 1.4-related glitch. I looked in the config file for Shadow, hoping to find a clue, but the baud rate isn't saved in there. So far, I've been inside Flash 1.6 when I try this (used to use alt-shift-s, but that kept erroring out, and I tried the DA and noticed the baud rate change). Any ideas, anyone? Mike

Shadow gets the baud rate information from your DESKTOP.INF file. Use the control panel to set the baud rate, then save your desktop. If you save the desktop on a cold machine that has not read in a previous DESKTOP.INF file, it will default to 9600. - mike -- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Double Click Me | Double Click Software | P.O.
