[comp.sys.atari.st] Gulam Keyboard Remapping

I'd like to be able to use Gulam with a Dvorak-remapped keyboard, but it
 doesn't coexist with the current Dvorak remapper I'm using. Apparently
 Gulam uses its own internal keyboard translation table, and there is a
 small program that remaps the internal table.
The Gulam keyboard remapper must be specific to the version og Gulam or it
 will remap the wrong area.
The remap program doesn't seem to be in the UOGuelph or Panarthea archives.
 Would some kind soul send me the remapper and the corresponding version
 of Gulam, in UUE format?
