[net.wanted] Need phone number for ASC II output of exact time

Does anyone know of a dial up (maybe a 900 number?) were you can
get an ASC II output of the exact time from the National Bureau
of Standards. I know you can buy equipment that receives the WWV 
broadcast signal and then give you an output stream via an RS-232
port.  This equipment cost $425.00 (Heath Kit) which is not
unreasonable, but I'm trying to avoid this.
