I've been looking for ST Informer, which I've heard is an excellent, newspaper-format ST journal. Is subscription the only way to get it? --- * Via ProDoor 3.2aR

Is subscription the only way to get it? No. If you have a local Atari dealer or good bookstore, try them. We carry it in our store. If you don't have a dealer, see if you can find a bookstore owned by real people and ask them to carry it. (This may not work if you're the only ST owner in a 100 mile radius, however. But, the good news is that you may find other ST owners who didn't know you were there...) Holly -=-=- -=-=- -=-=- stowe@silver.ucs.indiana.edu You're not strange. I am. -=-=- -=-=- -=-=-

Subject: STE Questions. Please could somebody tell me the pinouts of the SIMM Sockets as used on an STE I wish to interface a 2Meg memory board straight into 2 of these sockets rather than using the standard Memory modules. Alternatively does somebody know the type number of the SIMMS that are supposed to be used (Both 256K*8 & 1M*8 if possible) Thanks for the trouble. Up till now the main problem i have had software wise with my STE is that CUBASE V1.0 Doesn't work with the mouse!!!! It seems to be usable with the keyboard (Alternate & arrows e.t.c) but when i attempt to use the mouse a continuous clicking noise is produced upon moving it. I have tried replacing the mouse driver with a new software one but with no luck. Does anybody know of a fix to this mouse problem??????? Thanks for the help, Kevin Cooper Please reply via E-Mail if possible to: cooper@miduet.gec-mi-at.co.uk P.S. I think the STE will be great when some software is available!!!
