I'm having some trouble getting hardcopy charts from the opus spreadsheet program. I vaguely recall reading some comments about quirkiness with opus and ASSIGN.SYS, which sounds like my problem. Charts appear fine on the screen, but when I try and print them out from opus directly, I get "Incorrect Printer Driver", when I try and print out a .geo file using outprint.prg, I get "The metafile doesn't match the printer for which it was prepared". As far as I can tell, things are set up correctly: I have fx80.sys where ASSIGN.SYS says it is, etc. I also notice that when I try and input a .gem file saved from opus into easydraw 2.?, things get screwed up: the labels are partly ok, but axes and plots are missing. I'm using opus v2.0. Any help would be greatly appreciated, either to me directly, or to the net if you feel it isn't a waste of bandwidth. Peter. (usermeso@mtsg.ubc.ca or usermeso@ubcmtsg.bitnet)
