Hello STer: A local user group member has question about Mega 4: HELP!!! 1. I have been having numerous problems with my MEGAs since day one. Can anyone help me out? I currently upgraded to a MEGA ST4 and am still having to reset the time each time I turn the machine on to get correct date/timing of my files. I have double check my batteries with an ohm meter and confirmed good contact with the terminals - I can't figure it out. The other problem is program inconsistancy. When I call up Partner ST from TimeWorks It covers the top menu bar with a checkered Partner ST bar. When I quit Partner, the Partner Menu bar is still at the top, no selections are listed though the drop down menus still work if I go up there. I can get rid of it by activating another program that boots with a program title bar - and then everything is fine. Again, I can't figure it out. Any suggestions? Tim 2. I've been using YardRam for over four years and it works great!!! The operatio of the program is simple. YARD800G.PRG just needs to be renamed as YARD400F.PRG for a 400K RamDisk as F Drive, the previous .prg would be a 800K RamDisk as G Drive. As I said the program is great flexible and once installed as a floppy drive the RamDisk is always there. The only situation I have had a problem with has been with my new MEGA ST4. My 1040 and MEGA ST2 ran fine but the MEGA ST4 has a different memory setup and will not recongnize the RamDisk. Can anybody help me with this? Please help, I'll transfer the information to local user group BBS as they come in. Thanks in advance for any informations that you can provide. S.Y.
