Re: Pittsburgh Show--Article Retraction. Flame War Watchers: I have CANCELLED the previous POST "...gets Brodie pissed" out of a desire to remain NEUTRAL in the "Pittsburgh-Controversy". After speaking with several individuals involved in the whole mess, I have decided of my own free will to CANCEL the abovementioned POST and have changed my signature to reflect a neutral additude. While I still remain a member of the Atari Elite, I am NEUTRAL when it comes to a heated controversey like this. Fellow ST DEVELOPERS--I think you know my partial justification for remaining neutral--especially if you were at the AtariFest on Sunday, April 29 in Pittsburgh. I have NOW heard BOTH sides of the story and feel that it is in my own personal best interest to NEITHER CONDONE NOR CONDEMN anyone for the events of Saturday and Sunday. I am NOT a spokesman for the A.E.; This is ONE reason the previous post has been cancelled. I initially posted (with permission) out of anger---and without thinking about the implications. I ask you, fellow netters and developers, to consider me NEUTRAL and not a sounding board for anyones gripes..... I will be "listening", but will refrain from acting as a middle-man for either faction.
