mck@beach.cis.ufl.edu (Mark Kilby) (05/08/90)
I am posting this for a friend and I personally have no experience with the Atari ST. So, please send responses via e-mail to: mck@beach.cis.ufl.edu Also, please form your responses so that even a Macintosh person can understand it (I'm showing my bias). Anyway, my friend wants to know if a Quantum 105Meg drive for a Macintosh can be used in an Atari ST since they both have SCSI interfaces? If it can be done, what needs to be altered (i.e. connectors, cables, etc.) If there is an easier route, what suppliers would give a good price on a 105Meg HD (Quantum prefered) for the Atari ST. I'm looking for minimal effort on installation. Also, I need a response as soon as possible as my friend is leaving for Italy in a couple of weeks. Thanks in advance.
