Call 408-745-2568, This is Gail Johnson the Developer Coordinator and she can fill you in on how to become a developer. If you are a developer and have not gotten the recent newsletter with price breakdown on updates to parts of the dev. docs, you should contact her also

Probably the best thing to do, to make sure you get all the details would be to call Charles Cherry or Gail Johnson at Atari Corp. Unfortunately I can't find their individual numbers here, but if you call the main Atari switchboard at (408) 745-2000, they should be able to connect you. Essentially it costs $250 to become a registered developer, which includes the Documentation kit and software, and other incentives like the Developers' newsletter and special pricing on hardware. While the price has gone down, the requirements have been stiffened somewhat. You now have to prove that you're an active software developer with products already on the market, or provide a business plan if you don't already have Atari related products. BobR
