[net.wanted] sccs front end wanted

Does anyone have a PD front end to SCCS that would make sccs nicer to use
and keep all the sccs files in a directory ./SCCS instead of in the same
directory with all the sources?  My main gripe with SCCS is that it uses
the current working directory to get/store/use its files.  It would be
much nicer if it used a SCCS directory withing the current working
directory.
