[comp.sys.atari.st] apology

moore@NCSC.ARPA.UUCP (02/12/87)

Simon,

I'm sorry for posting Uniterm, both for the needless volume of mail and for not
checking with you first. I'd like to attribute my actions to inattention, but
I can't: it was unthinking and stupid. My humblest apologies, to you and to
the group.

Again, after receiving additional mail concerning
my recent importunacy with respect to MT C-Shell,
I owe an apology to those netters who took my statements
as insult. I misread my own tenor. I by no intent
meant to criticize those for not sending help
forthwith, rather, i had in mind to alert BDT that
a quick fix for the problem with his shell was not
in store. I failed to put myself in the reader's
seat before sending the articles out. There's no
exuse for that. I extend further apologies to
Mr. Beckmeyer. Once the multi-user problem gets
fixed, i am sure i will find great utility and pleasure
with his product.

I'm sorry for remarks about 'stupid' postings which may have crossed your
screen of late. In actual fact, I don't think there are any truly stupid
postings, with the possible exception of the "my computer is better than your
computer" posting.

One must agree to disagree, and then move on...
