This time I actually went into a store and saw a STacy 4 for sale. The manager said it came in about a week ago. He also said he was certain that if I wanted a STacy 1, he could get me one in a week. Sounds promising. Other than that, he's bundling a Portfolio with serial and parallel hardware for the list price of the Portfolio, which suggests that for once Atari is giving dealers a little room to make a profit. This is a guy who used to be Atari only, then became mostly Amiga, then added Vendex. Now he says Commodore is doing a lot of the right things, and Atari is starting to act like they know what they're doing. He dropped the Vendex line, and all 4 customers who were in the store were ST-ers. Steve J.
