G'day,
I am sorry to reply to this info free thread :-( but _this_ Amiga fan
reads the Atari newsgroup because I'm interested in the Atari machines
etc. I happen to be a computer enthusiast (sort of) that wants to know
the facts about all sorts of machines.
I'm sorry for all of us that there's so much harping by some Amigaists
in this group. In our defence I will say that there has been some very
good information posted to this group by some employees of CBM as well
as by some of us reasonable Amiga fans. :-)
Perhaps a question to redirect this discussion away from its confront-
ational trend? { Can't hurt to try, eh? :-) }. Can someone please tell
me about the AppleTalk feature of the TT?
{ In case I am misunderstood I like _my_ computer but not the fighting
that is going on in this newsgroup at the moment b/w Amigans VS rest
of the group. I don't recall Atari-ists doing that in any Amiga news
group. }
I suppose there can be useful discussion of cross computer features...
such as the hard area of trying to port programs/code b/w platforms or
how to use data for programs that run on each machine (eg. PageStream)
but it never seems to be done. :-(
