[net.wanted] Who can send me GNU Emacs vsn 17.45 or 17.46??

After desperately trying to install vsn 16.60 (the vsn currently
available in the Netherlands, what a shame) of GNU Emacs on the
Gould PN6000 (9000), I gave up. Too many difficulties. Besides,
somebody told me that vsn 17.45 is working on the above mentioned Gould's.
So now my question: who could send me, on tape, GNU Emacs vsn 17.45
or ,better, 17.46.     
Tell me where to send the money for a tape to. Don't hesitate to respond.
I will contact the responder closest to the Netherlands.
