Howdy everyone,
Mike Smith @lux.sait.edu.au has sent a submission to me here, and
asked me to post the followin info about it:

	SERIAL.EXE is an MSDOS program that will alter the bootsector
	of
	a floppy by putting a TOS-readable random serial number on it, to
	avoid the
	problems involved in having multiple disks with the same serial
	number.
		Source for Turbo Pascal 5.5 is included.
