[comp.sys.atari.st] Any picture sites out there?

I'm looking around form some medium or high rez pictures in either
Neo or Degas format at a ftp site.  I couldn't find any at atari.archive...

I'm looking for pics that would look good on my desktop-- I'm a Neodesk
junkie....

I'm looking for a utility to decode UEcode so I can use things left in
comp.sys.atari.binaries and decode GIFs to view.  Any suggestions/ideas?
