Zoo version 2.01 on the ST seems unable to create folders. For example, when I try zoo x//. gemlib.zoo I get: Zoo: ERROR: Can't open gemlib/Changelog for output. Zoo: ERROR: Can't open gemlib/Makefile for output. etc. The Unix version of the same program works fine. It's as if the Atari version doesn't know to convert "/" to "\". The code I am running was just FTPed from atari.archive.umich.edu at path atari/gnustuff/tos/zoo.ttp, although I had the same problem with an earlier version that I took off of comp.binaries.atari.st. Has anyone else had this problem? Anyone know of a version that works correctly? ================================================== | Michael Fischer <fischer-michael@cs.yale.edu> | ================================================== -- ================================================== | Michael Fischer <fischer-michael@cs.yale.edu> | ==================================================

At least the most recent Zoo version (2.01STg) posted to comp.binaries.atari.st works correctly. Subfolders are created if you specify it and a "/" will be converted to a "\" without problems. I guess the problem is on your side. -- Dipl.-Inform. Rainer Klute klute@unido.informatik.uni-dortmund.de Univ.
