[comp.sys.atari.st] How to install Smalltalk 1.1

A friend of mine has the following problem:

I've downloaded Gnu-Smalltalk 1.1 incl. zoo.ttp from Bammi's archiv. He've tried to install st 1.1 on his Mega ST 4 trying the command zoo e//. smalltalk.

But Zoo has troubles with the unix-style filenames which will be truncated from zoo. When he trys to start st nothing happens. Any idea?

Hello,

I have a zoo that keeps refusing any cmd line like e// file.zoo  .
To extract files with full pathname from any zoo archives , I use
zoo -restore archive.zoo
