[comp.sys.atari.st] Arcgsh 3.1

I just submitted Arcgsh 3.1 to comp.binaries.atari.st. It contains a few
minor and one major fix: The parameter string to the user-defined editor
and the user-defined pager was restricted to 32 bytes, which caused
problems when one wanted to edit or to look at files deep down in the file
hierarchy. This has been fixed.

Thanks to Roland Schreier (schreier%eaecl1@tuvie.uucp) who drew my
attention to that bug.
